Vacations!

 Welcome!


This week was vacation week and from July 29th to August 3rd, I served as an interpreter for a group of missionaries from the United States.

 

Activities performed:

·        Door-to-door interpreting in evangelism.

·        Interpretation of life testimonies in meetings in communities of La Libertad.

·        Visiting schools to present the gospel.

·        Visit the Remar orphanage.

·        Interpretation in business meetings

 



That was what I did during the week. See you next week!

Welcome to my blog!  I am Genesis Vasquez, and I will share my journey through learning English Didactics. I am currently a fifth-year student of Translation and Interpreting at the Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador. The Kolb´s Experiential Learning Cycle + Learning Styles

  Hello, everyone! I will share with you what we learned this week. The Kolb´s Experiential Learning Cycle David Kolb's theory of experiential learning suggests that learning happens in a cycle with four stages: experiencing something directly, reflecting on the experience, forming abstract ideas based on the experience, and then testing these ideas in new situations. He believes that learning begins with actually doing something or having a direct experience. 1.      Concrete Experience: This stage involves learners experiencing something new or engaging in practical activities.
